Nayar Exports is empowered with CNC Machines sourced from reputed manufacturers like Jyoti, Okuma, Dokesh.
With the help of our technical expertise, we are capable to do machining on various products of casting, forging, bars etc.
We have capacity to do turning operation upto 400mm dia.
Hot Forging
We are having function machine of capacity 100 tons – 300 tons which can forge the material from 1kg – 10kg.
Heat Treatment Facility
Our in-house Heat treatment capabilities enhance The Total Control over The Manufacture of Quality Parts and Forgings. Facilities of Annealing, Normalizing, case carbonizing ads to our capabilities to control Mechanical Properties of The End Product. The Finishing shop has Slot Blasting Machines, Coining Presses, Gas Carbonizing, Hardening and Tempering Furnaces.
Fabrication
Our fabrication unit has all kinds of facilities for manufacturing the customized products. We have bending machines, band saws for cutting operations, different presses for operations on sheet metal. Apart from this we have qualified welders. We have dedicated assembly area for the assembly of various products.
Gear Hobbing
We are having gear hobbing, gear shaving and gear shaper machines of brands like WMW Pfauter, Churchill, RH-8.
Quality Testing Lab
Nayar Exports has process capabilities for Reverse Engineering and Prototype development with Technical Feasibility studies as per ISO 9001 quality Management System.
The design team works on software setup: CAD/CAM, Auto CAD inventor and Auto CAD 2013.
